This document contains the Terms and Conditions under which the “CASHBACK BOOM C@RD!” benefit, issued by TECHREO S.A.P.I. DE C.V., will be governed.

Validity

Effective from March 15, 2024.

Participants

The campaign is open to all individuals who have their Boom C@rd! credit card active.

Bases

1. 1% of all valid transactions that customers make during the promotion period will be granted.

2. The cashback will accumulate monthly and the total will be calculated at the end of each month and deposited into the customer's Techreo app deposit account within 30 natural days after the cutoff date.

3. The participating customer may access their cashback at any time after it has been credited to their account.

Restrictions

1. Customers must be up to date with their payments.

2. Applies only to valid transactions.

3. Valid transactions are those made at physical and digital establishments that are not subject to returns, cancellations, or disputes.

4. Cash withdrawals, balance transfers, card payments, or interest charges are not eligible.

Product offered by TECHREO S.A.P.I. DE C.V. as BOOM C@RD!. AVERAGE CAT 115.4% Without VAT. For informational and comparison purposes. Calculation date October 5, 2023. Valid from October 5, 2023, to April 5, 2024. With a fixed annual interest rate of 70.93% for a credit line of $5,000.00. "Take care of your ability to pay, generally your credit payments should not exceed 35% of your periodic income, the costs for default are very high." "Failure to comply with your obligations may generate late fees and interest." Product available nationwide through the TeChreo App. Contracting and payment of your credit will be made in Mexican pesos. Consult terms, conditions, and hiring requirements at www.techreo.mx.

Modifications

TECHREO may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing a new version of this document. The most recent version of these Terms and Conditions will prevail over previous ones. It is recommended to review the information on “CASHBACK BOOM C@RD!” by directly accessing the website www.techreo.mx to learn more about current benefits or applicable conditions. All notifications, notices, and any communication that TECHREO must make regarding “CASHBACK BOOM C@RD!” will be made through the participating customer's Techreo app.
